Your comments are important to us and form part of the public consultation process for finalising the development proposals.

This website is supplemented by a leaflet which has been distributed to local residents and councillors which summarises the proposals and directs them to this website and the consultation email address below.

This online consultation will run between Friday 21 November and Friday 12 December, however we will continue to review comments received up until submission.

Next Steps

Following this public consultation, we will review the feedback and feed this into the design development process with a view to submitting an Outline planning application thereafter.

Once the application has been submitted and registered, the Council will undertake their own statutory consultation process, so there will be further opportunities for you to make comments directly to the Council.

On the granting of Outline planning permission, the submission of a Reserved Matters application would swiftly follow, which will provide the detailed design for the scheme including how the houses will look, and there will be a further opportunity to comment at this point.
